Our Service Philosophy

MBA Benefits Group is committed to providing a custom level of service to each of our clients. Our six-point service process includes:

Fact Finding – We gather the right information to better understand your business, expectations, problems, needs and budget.

Analysis – Based on your specific requirements, we search the market and provide a concise, easy-to-understand comparison, allowing you to make a confident and informed decision.

Employee Meetings – Our professional insurance agents sit down with you and your employees to review coverages, explain benefits, and answer questions so your benefits package is easy to understand and use.

Human Resource Administration – We have the resources to provide advice on COBRA administration, FMLA and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance, how to hire and fire, and many other areas that require correct handling to keep you in compliance with federal and state law.

Ongoing Service – We will continue to monitor your plan’s effectiveness and act as an advocate for you and your employees, helping with any claims or questions. We hold employee meetings and annual reviews.

Annual Review – Each year, MBA analyzes benefit plan options, comparing a company’s current plan to options available in the market. We shop the market and find the optimum plan available for your company.
