MBA Insurance Agency takes seriously our commitment to meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations.  Our promise to serve you is written this way in the MBA Mission Statement:

Insurance is a promise to take care of you, your family, your business, and your possessions in time of need.  But for MBA it's more than that - we promise to take care of you every day.  Everyone on your service team has a "license to please."

We commit that we will:

• Protect your interests, provide you with answers, serve you with excellence and integrity and offer you peace of mind.
• Attempt to answer every telephone call as it comes in.  If not, your call will be returned the same day.
• Process all claims to your insurance carrier as soon as we receive notice of the loss.
• Process all certificates of insurance on the same day they are requested.
• Provide you with written confirmation of any coverage change within five days.
